Fin Design + Effects is a world class Visual Effects studio established in 2001. Our work spans from high-end commercials to blockbuster feature films and TV series.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced VFX Producer to join our TVC team in Los Angeles.
This is a full time position, but we can be flexible with working hours for the right candidate. **

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the VFX production process for short form projects, including quoting, scheduling, resource allocation, iterations, presentation and final delivery.
• Work with production companies, agencies and their clients in the U.S. market.
• Coordinate projects with Fin producers and artists both locally and with our Australian offices.
• Attending shoots on occasion.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones and budgets, balancing project scope and client expectations.
• Manage multiple processes at once – juggling priorities, ensuring the highest quality in deliveries and that deadlines are met.

What we are looking for:

• 8+ years of experience in the TVC industry at a VFX studio, post production studio or advertising agency.
• A thorough understanding of both technical and creative processes of VFX.
• The ability to speak confidently to producers, directors and creatives regarding new and ongoing projects.
• Someone who is willing to “do it all” from Bidding Projects to making QuickTimes, if that's what is required.
• Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience or knowledge in Shotgrid, G Suite or similar production management softwares is a plus.
• LA based Producer is preferred.
