Insurance Account Manager - Commercial Lines
Insurance Account Manager job summary Our growing team seeks an organized and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our commercial lines insurance agency clients. You’ll be responsible for servicing insurance policies, advising clients on coverage, and providing sales support to the Commercial Lines Account Executives. Insurance Account Manager responsibilities
Assist the Account Executives in preparing individualized quotes, policy options, and educational materials for existing and prospective customers
Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed
Keep track of all necessary documentation, paying close attention to any policy changes, important deadlines, and insurance regulations
Help customers understand their coverage, assist them with any claims as needed, and ensure all data is properly tracked in our agency management system
Deliver a high level of customer service when resolving billing, policy change, coverage, and claims issues
Insurance Account Manager qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
Active P&C insurance license required prior to starting work
Insurance experience in commercial lines and/or personal lines is preferred
Must have strong follow-through, written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills
Candidates should have basic computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office
