Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Final Assembly amp; Decking team member to support production operations. This hands-on role involves assembling components, decking materials, and performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate can follow work drawings, maintain attention to detail, and safely handle materials throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and deck materials according to work drawings and instructions.
• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials up to 100 lbs.
• Traverse the facility safely while bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching overhead, twisting, and walking.
• Stand and move throughout the facility for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support production as needed by performing related duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 60% English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to read and interpret work drawings accurately.
• Strong manual dexterity, grip, and physical stamina.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
