OUR CULTURE
Our unique culture focuses on optimism, competition, growth, and influence in an atmosphere that maximizes personal freedom. While regular team communication is scheduled and structured, the majority of the commitment is unstructured. We encourage our team members to balance their investment of time in FinalForms with their family, health, community, and personal endeavors.
OUR COMPANY
FinalForms is a bootstrapped, client-first EdTech company with a strong code of ethics and a five-year roadmap for revolutionizing K-12 school district academic & athletic data management. We have a highly customizable product that we configure with precision and care for each new client. The upfront investment pays massive dividends with reduced support and incredible customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Our culture is one of service. Our leaders serve our employees, who serve our schools, who serve our communities. Education is crushed under the weight of administration. Our mission is to resolve that.
Our Implementation Builders are in highly autonomous positions. Initial onboarding and mastery require 1 year of remote work located in the Boulder/Denver area, CO. After that, builders are free to relocate within the U.S.
