    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote IN OFFICE role for a Finance Administrator at Baumann Springs. The Finance Administrator will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, communication, and accounting tasks to support the financial operations of the agency. This is NOT a Hybrid Role or a Remote Role

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but are not limited to) :

    • Record daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank and accounts reconciliations.
    • Process of payables; 3-way match and process payments. Coordinate and communicate with purchasing department and vendors to analyze and resolve discrepancies.
    • Fixed assets accounting including annual physical asset count.
    • Collect and post accounts receivables.
    • Support and audit of cycle counts and annual inventories.
    • Participate in regular audits.
    • Assist month-end and year-end closing accruals postings.
    • Develop periodic reports for management.
    • Audit financial transactions and document control procedures
    • Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records.
    • Other duties as needed or required.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Experience working with ERP applications, SAP preferred.
    • Strong computer skills, MS Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas).
    • Knowledge of bookkeeping
    • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
    • Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to present information to Senior Level Leadership Teams.
    • Ability to prioritize work.
    • BS degree in Finance, Accounting preferred not preferred, not required
