    Finance Analyst (14M & 14Q Reporting Support)

    Context: This is the requirement for a Banking Client. Following a recent acquisition, there is a requirement for the client to establish and implement the 14M & 14Q regulatory reporting processes for the acquired entity and integrate them into the acquiring institution’s submissions. These reports were not previously prepared by the acquired entity. The goal is to design, develop, and deliver accurate and compliant reports by January/February 2026.

    To support this effort, the client plans to board 2 onshore positions, to assist in the development, validation, and submission of these reports.

    Role Overview:

    The selected candidates will support the design, development, and implementation of 14M and 14Q reporting frameworks. The role will involve close collaboration with Finance, Data, and Technology teams to source, transform, and validate data in alignment with Client’s reporting standards and regulatory expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Support end-to-end development of FR Y-14M and FR Y-14Q reports for the First Bank entity.

    Understand data and business requirements for each schedule and ensure accurate mapping from source systems.

    Perform data validation, reconciliation, and consistency checks across Finance, Risk, and Regulatory datasets.

    Collaborate with clients to define business rules, aggregation logic, and control checks.

    Document data lineage, business rules, and process flows for transparency and audit readiness.

    Contribute to process automation and report generation frameworks to meet production timelines.

    Ensure deliverables align with target go-live by January/February 2026.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    4–8 years of experience in regulatory or financial reporting within the banking/financial services domain.

    Strong understanding of FR Y-14M / 14Q reporting requirements and data elements.

    Familiarity with banking products (loans, deposits, credit cards, etc.) and related financial datasets.

    Hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, and validation using tools such as SQL

    Good understanding of finance data systems, metadata, and data flow processes within large banks.

    Exposure to Basel, CCAR, or other regulatory frameworks is a plus.

    Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment.
