What You’ll Do:
Assist Sales & customers in understanding and applying for financing options
Support our accounting department with light bookkeeping and data entry
Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
Process incoming invoices and handle mail duties
Make regular bank deposits and maintain accurate financial records
Communicate with lenders and internal departments to ensure smooth project financing
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma required (Associate’s degree or admin/accounting coursework preferred)
Previous administrative, accounting, or financing support experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first approach
Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiar with office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners)
Extremely organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
