    The Mission: Bringing Order to Complexity

    Your day-to-day won't just be about data entry; it's about data transformation. You will be the bridge between raw inputs—emails, reports, and paper documents—and the high-level insights required by our CFO.

    Your core challenges will include:

    • The "Before & After" Narrative: You'll take complex accounts and reconcile them until the "before" (the noise) becomes a crystal-clear "after" (the truth).
    • CFO-Ready Reporting: You won't just hand over numbers; you'll present information in a way that helps the business make major decisions.
    • Tech Optimization: We are modernizing. You'll use multiple tools including Microsoft Excel, and explore AI tools to streamline workflows and migrate data into our new, digital-first reporting systems.
    • Zero-Defect Accuracy: You'll manage bank activity, ledger reconciliations, and the AP/AR cycle with a "mile-away" eye for discrepancies.
