An established international food manufacturing company is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Finance Associate.

• Required fluent Japanese and English skills
• BA/BS with related experience required
• Direct Hire / Non-Exempt
• $80,000/yr.
• Monday – Friday 08:00 / 08:30 a.m. – 05:00 / 05:30 p.m.
• Hybrid schedule after 3 months
• Cypress, CA

Requirements of the Japanese Bilingual Finance Associate:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Fluent Japanese and English skills
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management
• Knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Occasional travel required

Responsibilities of the Japanese Bilingual Finance Associate:

Responsible for preparing financial reports, managing budgets, overseeing cash flow, and ensuring tax compliance.

• Prepare consolidated financial statements following GAAP
• Develop budgets and financial forecasts and analyze variances
• Track profit/loss by product and business unit
• Monitor cash flow and manage debt repayment
• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings
• Assist in financial statement preparation for subsidiaries
• Other related duties will be assigned

Employment Type: Direct hire / Non exempt

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 / 08:30 a.m. – 05:00 / 05:30 p.m.
