    We are currently accepting applications for a Finance/Dealer Services Specialist position at our Union City, TN, plant. This hourly position reports to the plant manager. The position will maintain build assemblies, create MSOs, verify sales orders, develop best practices, formulate general operating procedures, and serve as a conduit of communication between production, sales, and dealers.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    Create invoices and contact the dealer for verification of financial approvals.

    Initiate the floor plan with each financial institution, verify or adjust changes before shipment, submit the payment request after shipment, and verify receipt of payment.

    Update production schedule and shipment pages with each shipment.

    Create and assign a boat serial number on the serial number log. Update production tracker, production schedule.

    Create new boat orders, submit for confirmation from the dealer, and track orders for confirmation.

    Build each boat in QuickBooks when orders are confirmed.

    Adjust all prices as necessary for the dealer on sales orders and invoices.

    Create boat MSO when ready for shipment.

    Maintain, verify, pull, and endorse Motor and Trailer MSOs.

    Order replacement MSOs as needed.

    Ensure all necessary documents are gathered for the shipment of boats.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills

    Detailed, organized, and able to work well under pressure.

    Strong background in customer service.

    Proficient in QuickBooks and Google Sheets preferred.

    Exhibit trustworthiness and honesty.

    Maintain connection and communication among other employees and management.

    Conceptual skills, process improvement, verbal communication, functional and technical skills, controls and instrumentation, supply management, tooling coordination, inventory control, attention to detail, and judgment.

    Recognize acceptable and unacceptable product quality, personal behavior, and productivity, and are capable of carrying out step-by-step instructions.

    Lead by example; build a team that can rely on each other and function even when the supervisor is not there.
