The Finance Development Program (FDP) provides the opportunity to rotate across many Accounting and Finance functions over a 2 year period. The program has been carefully structured to provide experiences that will enable the FDP Analyst to learn about each of the key financial elements within Edwards. Each FDP participant will complete various work rotation assignments. Assignments will typically be 16 to 20 weeks in each of the following areas:
Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Accounting & Reporting, Cost Accounting, Business Unit Finance, Treasury & Corporate Tax.
At the conclusion of the program, an FDP Analyst will fill a role that will be determined to be the best fit for both the FDP Analyst and Edwards. Our FDP Program is a great way for a student to launch their career in a publicly traded medical device company.
