SUMMARY
The Finance Intern is responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to support the Finance Manager in managing the financial operations of the company and providing consultative support to TMAC and parent company leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analysis and Insight
- Financial Statement Analysis
- Analyze financial results against performance targets
- Provide commentary on material P&L variances vs budget
- Analyze changes in key balance sheet accounts
- Review of Accounts Receivable with focus on collections exposure
- Financial Projections
- · Foreign exchange analysis
- Review foreign exchange trends in international markets to determine f/x exposure
- Analyze impact on compensation payments to determine P&L impact
Financial Reporting
- Support the preparation of regulatory compliance reports for clients
- Post Accounts Receivable transactions based on bank receipts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic business environment.
- Professional oral and written communications skills, exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office/O365/Teams (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Internet Explorer, database systems.
Dates for Internship will be May 18th, 2026 through August 7th, 2026.
