    ** The Opportunity**

    • We’re looking for a Finance Lead to drive impactful insights that accelerate growth within the Digital Media Business Unit (DMe). This role will partner with senior cross-functional leaders to help advance strategic priorities across the product and the go-to-market organizations. As part of the Creative Product Group (CPG) finance team, you will be pivotal in driving top-line growth, delivering innovation, and influencing decision making!

    ** What you'll Do**

    • Drive topline strategic financial planning with a long-term and product-focused lens to set the roadmap for Adobe's continued growth across CPG’s Web & Mobile products.
    • Provide thought leadership and partnership with cross functional leaders (Product Marketing, Product Management) through strategic insights, direction, and influence.
    • Lead business modeling with in-depth, data driven analyses for critical business initiatives and provide guidance on potential business impact.
    • “Subject Matter Expert” who owns deep inspection of the business including scaling financial ‘run the business’ reporting, driving workstreams, and reporting on critical metrics to measure ongoing business health.
    • Deliver insights into key drivers of business trends while crafting an executive-ready story that highlights risks and opportunities.

    ** What you need to succeed**

    • 7+ years of experience in FP&A or related analytical roles.
    • Previous experience supporting topline for consumer subscription/SaaS products
    • Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis, with strong attention to detail and the ability to tell clear, compelling stories with numbers.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills - you enjoy working with different perspectives and helping others succeed.
    • Self-starter who takes initiative, connects across products and teams, and develops strategies, and new ways of approaching business challenges
    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with TM1, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
    • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is helpful but not required.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $121,700 -- $228,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
