    South Florida Recruiters has been retained by a fast-growing organization with a diverse portfolio spanning media, entertainment, sports, and advertising to recruit a Finance Manager. You will be a full-time, 1099 employee. This Miami-based role offers a hybrid work schedule and will partner closely with the CEO—an entrepreneur with multiple business ventures—by providing financial leadership, strategic guidance, and support across his enterprises.

    Responsibilities:

    Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for various business ventures
    • Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and market trends to provide strategic insights
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and legal requirements

    Cash Flow Management:

    • Monitor and optimize cash flow to support operational requirements
    • Implement effective cash management strategies to mitigate financial risks

    Financial Strategy and Risk Management:

    • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks through strategic planning and risk management

    Tax Planning and Compliance:

    • Collaborate with tax advisors to develop tax-efficient strategies
    • Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA is highly desirable)
    • 7-10 years of financial management experience reporting directly to C-Level Executives within a family office, financial services firm, media, entertainment, sports, advertising company, or consulting firm
    • A hands-on approach with the ability to take on multiple tasks within a fast-paced growing business
    • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbally)
    • Ability to travel 10% domestically and to Latin America
    • Advanced QuickBooks Online experience
