Autos of Chicago is a high-volume dealership with over 500 vehicles in inventory, located in Arlington Heights. We offer a wide range of vehicles from economy to luxury and are looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Structure and secure financing for retail automotive deals

Present and sell finance and insurance products (VSC, GAP, Tire & Wheel, etc.)

Work with multiple banks and lenders to secure approvals

Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate and compliant

Maintain strong lender relationships

Achieve backend product penetration targets

Maintain high CSI and customer satisfaction standards

Work closely with sales managers to finalize deals quickly and efficiently

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years Automotive F&I experience required

Strong knowledge of lender programs and deal structuring

Proven track record with product penetration and profitability

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Must be detail-oriented and compliance focused
