    Position: Finance Manager

    Hours: 40 hours per week

    Position Summary The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial management, planning, and reporting to support the company’s operational and strategic goals. This role manages group funding, banking relationships, credit control, and insurance planning while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and financial efficiency across business units.

    Responsibilities

    Complete Financial closing and reporting

    Group funding planning (e.g., syndicated loans, capital increases, issuance of convertible bonds)

    Allocate funds based on the group's capital needs

    Plan short/mid/long-term credit limits with banks according to funding requirements

    Maintain relationships with partner banks to ensure smooth transactions

    Provide foreign currency analysis and recommendations based on the company’s forex position and market conditions

    Review business unit credit limit applications (credit limit + order limit)

    Review the logic and accuracy of data in business unit applications

    Freeze the system when overdue accounts receivable exceed the SOP threshold

    Insurance planning and policy arrangements

    Reduce company risk by transferring it to insurance companies

    Manage Company establishment and registration changes

    Propose system optimization to increase efficiency

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).

    5+ years of experience in financial management, corporate finance, or treasury functions.

    Strong understanding of banking, funding, and financial instruments.

    Solid knowledge of credit management, insurance planning, and financial risk control.

    Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

    Proficient in ERP and financial reporting systems; advanced Excel skills.

    Experience in manufacturing or multinational corporate finance.

    Familiarity with cross-border funding and foreign exchange management.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
