    We are partnering with a reputable, progressive healthcare organization that is looking for a strong Manager, FP&A Manager to join its dynamic team.

    *Full Remote*

    *$160-$170K in base salary*

    This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with the numbers, building financial models, digging into business performance, and partnering with senior leadership. The value-based care organization is mission-driven and focused on improving care for individuals with complex healthcare needs.

    The FP&A Manager will work closely with senior finance leadership across budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Lead and support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and five-year planning

    • Review monthly financial results and provide analysis around variances, trends, and business drivers

    • Build and maintain financial models used for forecasting and business decisions

    • Prepare analysis and presentations for senior leadership and investors

    • Support corporate financing activities, including debt, equity, and M&A transactions

    • Identify trends and opportunities to improve financial and operational performance

    • Develop reporting and analysis that help leadership make informed decisions

    • Work across the organization to gather information, solve problems, and support ongoing business needs

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of FP&A or similar financial experience

    • Healthcare or health plan experience is a plus

    • Strong Excel skills and experience working with complex financial models

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    • Comfortable working with senior-level stakeholders

    • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment

    • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to work with limited supervision
