JOB TITLE: FINANCE MANAGER

Full time hours-Monday through Friday

On-site, in person

FINANCE MANAGER is a full-time position with the responsibility for performing accounting work to maintain the general ledger. The accounting manager directs and coordinates the daily accounting activities to efficiently report the revenues, expenditures, assets and liabilities. This role is responsible for budgeting and financial statement preparation, and for preparing monthly financial statements and coordinating the annual audit for Furniture Mart and NOLA Throws.. JOB RESPONSIBITIES: • Financial statement preparation and analysis • Analyze and report variances in financial statements • Interpret and report the company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement opportunities • Payroll review and HR oversight • Monthly reporting and payment of sales taxes • Review Monthly Store Audits • QuickBooks accounting and reporting • Sales analysis, forecasting and budgeting
