Job Title: Finance Manager

Position Summary:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for our U.S. operations. This role will ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, support ERP system setup and financial workflows, and serve as a key contributor in project planning activities during the start-up phase, including facility setup, budgeting, and coordination with corporate finance in China.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Support development of internal controls and ensure ongoing compliance with U.S. GAAP and local regulations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes and financial reporting.
• Contribute to ERP system implementation, supporting financial workflows and reporting tools.
• Coordinate closely with corporate HQ in China on financial alignment, tax, and audit matters.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes and provide variance analysis as needed.
• Assist with financial preparation related to incentives, state compliance, and special reporting requirements.
• Support the development and supervision of the U.S. accounting team (1–2 individuals).
• Actively participate in project planning related to new facility set-up and financial readiness.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing or startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent) and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and with international teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
