Jim Riehl's Friendly CDJR is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated professional who understands how to maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Present, and finalize vehicle financing transactions.
Secure financing through a variety of lending sources.
Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel protection, and ancillary products.
Must be able to average 1,600+ PVR and maintain strong product penetration.
Ensure all deals comply with state and federal regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance companies.
Work closely with the Sales team to maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction.
Accurately complete all required paperwork and funding packages.
Monitor CIT and funding to ensure timely processing of contracts.
Assist in training sales staff on finance-related processes and customer transitions.
Qualifications
Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience is required.
Strong knowledge of lender programs and deal structure is required.
Experience with prime, non-prime, and special finance customers.
