Position Overview
The Finance Manager will serve as a key business partner to executive leadership and operations teams. This role will lead financial planning and analysis, oversee reporting processes, support strategic initiatives, and ensure strong financial controls in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
Develop rolling forecasts and long-term financial models
Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership
Build KPI dashboards to monitor plant performance, margins, and working capital
Operational Finance
Partner with operations to analyze production costs, labor efficiency, and inventory management
Support cost accounting processes, including standard costing and variance analysis
Evaluate capital expenditures and ROI on automation and equipment investments
Drive margin improvement initiatives across product lines
Reporting & Controls
Oversee monthly financial close in collaboration with accounting
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Strengthen internal controls and financial processes as the company scales
Support audit and compliance requirements
Strategic Initiatives
Assist with growth planning, new product launches, and expansion initiatives
Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
Support M&A analysis or integration efforts (if applicable)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
5–8+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within manufacturing
Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory management
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
