    Position Overview

    The Finance Manager will serve as a key business partner to executive leadership and operations teams. This role will lead financial planning and analysis, oversee reporting processes, support strategic initiatives, and ensure strong financial controls in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with operational acumen and thrives in a growth-oriented, performance-driven culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    Financial Planning & Analysis

    • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes

    • Develop rolling forecasts and long-term financial models

    • Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership

    • Build KPI dashboards to monitor plant performance, margins, and working capital

    Operational Finance

    • Partner with operations to analyze production costs, labor efficiency, and inventory management

    • Support cost accounting processes, including standard costing and variance analysis

    • Evaluate capital expenditures and ROI on automation and equipment investments

    • Drive margin improvement initiatives across product lines

    Reporting & Controls

    • Oversee monthly financial close in collaboration with accounting

    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

    • Strengthen internal controls and financial processes as the company scales

    • Support audit and compliance requirements

    Strategic Initiatives

    • Assist with growth planning, new product launches, and expansion initiatives

    • Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis

    • Support M&A analysis or integration efforts (if applicable)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

    • 5–8+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within manufacturing

    • Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory management

    • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

    • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)

    • Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
