    The Opportunity

Our client, a top-tier global law firm, has engaged us to identify a high-impact Finance Manager to support its Practice Management and Revenue Analytics function.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations—serving as a key advisor to senior leadership across practice and industry groups. You will translate financial data into actionable insights, drive performance visibility, and help shape forward-looking business strategy in a complex, high-performing environment.

    What You’ll Do

    • Act as a strategic finance partner to senior stakeholders, bringing a deep understanding of financial performance, business drivers, and market dynamics
    • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making
    • Build and enhance financial models, reporting, and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and surface risks/opportunities
    • Partner with leadership to evaluate performance against targets and develop data-driven strategic plans
    • Analyze client and matter-level profitability to identify growth opportunities and improve client engagement strategies
    • Conduct market, competitive, and business line analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
    • Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects focused on improving financial visibility and operational efficiency
    • Handle sensitive financial and business information with discretion

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong business acumen—someone who doesn’t just report numbers but explains what they mean and what to do next
    • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted advisor
    • Forward-looking mindset with a track record of driving insights, not just reporting historical data
    • Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward continuous improvement

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
    • 6+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or related roles within professional services or similarly complex environments
    • Experience supporting revenue-driven businesses or practice-based organizations is highly preferred
    • Public accounting or Investment Banking experience highly preferred
    • Demonstrated experience leading projects or initiatives across teams

    Compensation & Benefits

Our client offers a highly competitive compensation package, including base salary up to $195,000 (depending on experience) performance-based bonus, and a comprehensive benefits program that includes:

    • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage
    • 401(k) with firm contribution
    • Generous paid time off and holidays
    • Well-being and mental health resources
    • Professional development and career advancement opportunities

    Equal Opportunity

Our client is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
