Supervisory Responsibilities:

● Hiring, training and retaining skilled finance staff

● Oversee duties of accounting specialists

● Ensures financial information has been recorded properly

Duties/Responsibilities:

● Directing financial planning and strategy.

● Analyzing and reporting on financial performance.

● Overseeing audit and tax functions.

● Developing and implementing accounting policies.

● Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets.

● Training accounting staff.

● Reviewing departmental budgets.

● Assessing, managing, and minimizing risk.

● Analyzing complex financial data.

● Managing internal controls.

● Conduct analysis of financial risks and benefits on business initiatives

● Conduct weekly and monthly financial assessments and generate reports to be submitted to the senior management team

● Establish budgets in accordance with the requirements of company departments

● Oversee the Business/Dealer licensing

Requirements:

· CPA required

· Master’s degree in accounting/finance

· Must have 5+ years’ experience in all financial aspects
