    Wipro Givon USA, a precision aerospace manufacturer specializing in multi‑axis machining and complex aerostructure assemblies, is seeking an experienced Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead financial operations at its Everett facility. The role oversees all accounting, financial reporting, cost control, budgeting, and compliance functions to support a fast‑paced aerospace manufacturing environment. A back-office team based in India, would be reporting to this position. The manager will partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Program Management, Corporate Finance and the India based Shared Services Team, to ensure accurate financial visibility and strong internal controls. The position reports to the CFO of the parent company in Israel and to the Site leader at the Everett, facility.

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

    Financial Management & Reporting

    Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

    Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.

    Maintain the general ledger, chart of accounts, and financial documentation.

    Cost Accounting & Manufacturing Finance

    Oversee standard costing, job costing, and cost‑of‑goods‑sold (COGS) analysis for aerospace machining and assembly operations.

    Monitor production variances, scrap, labor efficiency, and overhead absorption.

    Partner with Operations and Program Management to track program‑level profitability, margins, and cost drivers.

    Contracts Negotiations & Closure

    Oversee Customer, Supplier, Sub-contractor, Lessor & Service provider contracts for due-diligence, negotiation and execution in a timely and profitable manner.

    Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning

    Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for the Everett site.

    Provide financial modeling, scenario analysis, and long‑term planning support.

    Track revenue, cash flow, and working capital performance.

    Compliance, Controls & Audit

    Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, and aerospace industry requirements.

    Maintain strong internal controls across purchasing, inventory, payroll, and financial transactions.

    Support internal and external audits, including corporate reviews.

    Business Partnership & Leadership

    Serve as the primary finance partner to site leadership, providing insights that drive operational efficiency and profitability.

    Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Program Management).

    Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.

    Lead and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture aligned with the Spirit of Wipro values: integrity, respect, excellence, and global thinking.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS AND ABILITIES

    CPA, CA, CMA or MBA.

    7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.

    Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory accounting.

    Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

    Demonstrated ability to manage closing cycles, financial reporting, and audits.

    Hands on with Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) in compliance with ITAR regulations

    Experience in aerospace, machining, or precision manufacturing.

    Experience supporting program‑based manufacturing environments.

    Openness with multi-cultural and global corporate structures.

    Flexibility to travel to various global sites, customers, suppliers as needed.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others

    Excellent in negotiations and conflict resolution

    High attention to detail

    Experience with manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain dynamics

    Experience in working with MRP/ERP systems

    Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout an office and manufacturing environment.

    Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

    Ability to use standard office equipment and computers.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other PC based office tools
