We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bookkeeping for our fast-growing, values-driven real estate company. This is a full-time W2 role, virtual, but requires daily presence in our YHSGR Online Office (office.YHSGR.com). • $6,000–$7,500/month W2 base salary • Performance-based bonuses (earn up to $100,000 annually total comp), including Paid holidays & PTO • A clear growth path to Director of Finance and future equity opportunities Responsibilities: • Manage AR, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations • Manage AP, vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense tracking • Oversee bookkeeping, coding, and reconciliations • Deliver accurate monthly financial reports by the 10th of each month • Ensure compliance with payroll, tax filings, and audit prep • Collaborate with department leaders on budgets and forecasts Qualifications: • Strong background in AR, AP, and bookkeeping • Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar) • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven, thrives in a fast-paced company • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work virtually, full-time, with reliable daily presence Compensation: $80,000 - $100,00
