We're looking for a talented in-person, full-time (35-40 hours per week) Finance and Office Administrative Professional to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization. As a Finance and Office Administrative Professional, you will manage financial tasks and provide administrative support to our office. From handling accounts payable and receivable to assisting with day-to-day office tasks, your expertise will contribute to our operations' overall efficiency and success. What We Offer: • A collaborative and supportive work environment • Opportunities for professional growth and development • The chance to contribute to the success of a dynamic team Responsibilities: • Managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment processing • Creating and managing client payment plans, including processing and managing retainers and invoices • Providing administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing files • Manage office supplies and equipment with vendors as needed • Providing general data entry and reconciliation of accounts • Providing assistance with billing metrics and reporting • Assist with the collection and monitoring of all payment plans with the goal of reducing both Qualifications: • Bilingual - spoken/written fluency in Spanish and English • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Proficiency in accounting software • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently • Commitment to providing legal services for low-income immigrants • Previous experience in finance and office administration is preferred Compensation: $23 - $26 hourly
