We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a strong attention to detail and understanding of accounting and procurement principles to further support the growth of our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Build financial models to evaluate business initiatives, procurement strategies and cost savings opportunities.
Record purchase invoices accurately.
Manage purchasing process, including vendor selection, negotiations and purchase order approvals.
Track procurement spend to ensure alignment with budget and cost-control goals.
Maintain vendor relationships, ensuring quality, reliability and favorable terms.
Partner with operations and supply chain to forecast purchasing needs and manage inventory costs.
Compile and submit all necessary reporting to the CEO and CFO.
Other finance duties will include:
Sales tax filing in all necessary states.
Review all credit card charges and record statement entries into the ERP system.
Support with processing and sending invoices for customer orders as well as recording banking and journal entries in the ERP system.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business required.
5 plus years’ experience in financial analyst, procurement or related functions. Experience in consulting a plus.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Experience with vendor management and procurement processes.
Advanced experience working in excel required. Experience w/ Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
Self-starter w/ excellent analytical and organizational skills. Must be detailed oriented.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
