    Overview: Powersports of Modesto is seeking a driven and experienced Finance/Sales Manager to lead our finance operations and assist in managing overall sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a background in F&I and sales management within the powersports or automotive industry, with strong leadership skills and a track record of driving revenue and customer satisfaction. Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred to support our diverse customer base.

    This is a key leadership position that blends customer-facing finance duties with strategic oversight of the sales floor.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Finance & Insurance (F&I):

    Present financing and aftermarket product options clearly and compliantly

    Secure loan approvals and structure deals to maximize profitability and lender satisfaction

    Accurately complete and submit all required documentation in a timely manner

    Maintain strong relationships with lenders and ensure compliance with all F&I regulations

    Sales Management:

    Support the sales team in meeting monthly unit and gross profit goals

    Manage deal flow from customer agreement through finance to final delivery

    Collaborate with the sales manager to train, coach, and motivate sales staff

    Monitor and improve sales processes for increased closing ratios and customer experience

    Customer Experience:

    Ensure a seamless and transparent buying process

    Provide guidance and support to customers navigating financing or product decisions

    Act as a leader in maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused showroom environment

    Qualifications:

    2–5 years of F&I experience, ideally with combined sales management background

    Powersports industry experience strongly preferred

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable

    Proven leadership and deal-structuring abilities

    Knowledge of lending practices, F&I products, and applicable laws

    Proficient with DMS platforms (Lightspeed preferred) and lender portals

    Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
