Overview: Powersports of Modesto is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has a passion for powersports, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Prior experience in motorcycle, ATV, or automotive sales is preferred.
This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering exceptional service, helping customers find the right vehicles, and supporting them throughout the sales process—from first contact to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor and over the phone
Build strong relationships with a diverse customer base by clearly communicating in both English and Spanish
Guide customers through the sales process, vehicle selection, and product features
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools
Coordinate with F&I and sales managers to finalize deals
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Stay informed on current promotions, inventory, and product knowledge
Ensure a clean, organized, and high-energy showroom environment
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Sales experience in powersports or automotive industry preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented, team player with a positive attitude
Strong time management and follow-up abilities
Familiarity with Lightspeed DMS or similar CRM platforms is a plus
Must have a valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain one)
Pay: $16.50/hr plus commission
