Job Description
Reporting to the Director, FP&A Systems and Cash Management, this pivotal role will drive the strategic application of data analysis, advanced analytics, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools, with a primary emphasis on Tableau and emerging AI capabilities, to revolutionize critical FP&A processes. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with constantly evolving data challenges and priorities.
As a lead data steward and administrator for FP&A's dashboarding tools, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring robust data integration, consolidation, and efficient refresh cycles to provide timely, accurate, and high-quality data. You will act as the first line of support for complex data-related queries and troubleshooting, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the broader FP&A team.
The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in financial planning and reporting systems (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan) combined with exceptional data analysis skills, advanced proficiency in Tableau, and a strong foundational understanding or practical experience with AI/ML concepts in a corporate finance environment.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $116000/YR - $188000/YR.
