Finance and Benefits Manager
Location: Florida (Full-Time, <20% travel) Salary: $70K + bonus potential

Key Responsibilities
Manage accounting functions: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close.
Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and vendor payments.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with CPA support.
Administer bi-weekly payroll and employee benefits (health insurance, 401(k)).
Develop internal controls and SOPs for financial and HR processes.
Support ERP system transitions and HR program rollouts.
Coordinate with brokers for insurance audits and vendor negotiations.
Qualifications
7+ years in corporate accounting, preferably in IT or tech-related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and GAAP; experience with ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proven leadership in accounting and HR administration.
Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
Fast learner, team player, and deadline-driven.
