We are looking for an Assistant who wants to learn the mortgage business from the ground up. Someone who goes above and beyond, has a passion for learning, thinks outside the box, is highly organized, disciplined, detail oriented, efficient, and highly productive. We are looking for someone with very good good interpersonal & communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish & English is preferred but not required. No mortgage experience required. College degree or some college, or track record of accomplishments, or high GPA is what we are looking for. The mortgage industry can be a highly rewarding profession and it can be very challenging. We are looking to add a member to our high producing team focused on the front-end mostly, file setup, loan pre-approvals, referral prospecting, lead generation, and client marketing. Job duties may also include but are not limited to inputting loan applications, income analysis, running credit, gathering documents needed, following up on leads, marketing future and past clients, creative mailouts, file prep for underwriting, or whatever it takes.
