    About the Role

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Fiscal Administrator to join our team in Summit County. In this key role, you will drive financial best practices, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the organization’s fiscal health. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, supporting audits, preparing reports, and collaborating with staff to resolve discrepancies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement and maintain financial procedures and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
    • Track, record, and analyze financial data using spreadsheets and accounting software.
    • Coordinate and process financial transactions, including bill payments, invoicing, and payroll.
    • Support audit processes by providing accurate financial data and documentation.
    • Prepare organized records and files for tax preparation and reporting.
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records by collaborating with team members.
    • Prepare regular financial reports and assist in presenting findings to management.
    • Develop and manage budgets for departments, projects, and organizational needs.
    • Serve as a resource for staff, stakeholders, and funding representatives regarding financial matters.
    • Complete administrative tasks such as paperwork, filing, and data entry.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
    • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient with accounting software, spreadsheets, and data entry.
    • Exceptional organizational, planning, and research abilities.
    • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
    • Understanding of data privacy standards.
    • Ability to work on-site during scheduled hours.
    • BCI / FBI Background check required.
