Responsibilities: Your Role as a Financial Advisor You will build and grow a personal advisory practice by delivering holistic financial guidance to individuals, families, and business owners. What You’ll Do • Develop strong, long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor • Analyze financial goals, cash flow, risk management, and long-term objectives • Design and implement customized financial strategies • Provide solutions across insurance, investments, retirement, and wealth accumulation • Build referral networks and community presence to drive sustainable growth • For those interested: mentor and develop future advisors and teams You are not handed a book of business. You are given the tools, training, and support to build one that lasts. Licensing & Credentials • Life & Health Insurance license required (support provided if not yet licensed) • SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 are strongly preferred (must be obtained within the first year if not already licensed) • Must be a U.S. Citizen or have a Green Card Compensation: $98,500 - $120,000 at plan commission per year
