Responsibilities: • Build and grow your own client base through relationships, networking, and community presence • Deliver holistic planning across protection, accumulation, retirement, and wealth strategies • Gather client data, identify goals and gaps, and present clear recommendations • Partner with internal support to streamline case work and client service • For leadership-minded advisors: help mentor others and contribute to team growth Qualifications: You’ll fit well here if you’re competitive, coachable, and want income upside tied to performance. • Life & Health Insurance license required (we can support you if you’re in-process) • SIE / Series 7 / Series 66 preferred (required within the first year if not currently held) • Strong communication skills and comfort in business development • Backgrounds that often translate well: sales, BD, real estate, mortgage, banking, insurance, military, athletics, or prior financial services • Must be a U.S. Citizen or a green card holder Compensation: $98,500 - $120,000 at plan commission per year
