    Financial Advisor Assistant Location: Dunwoody, GA Job Type: Full-Time, permanent Salary: up to $60,000, depending on experience Hybrid: After training ~ 2 days remote, 3 days in the office We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Financial Advisor Assistant to support a growing financial advisory practice. This role is critical to delivering a high-quality client experience while helping advisors operate efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing both administrative and client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience • Bonus opportunities • Health benefits and retirement plan options • Paid time off and holidays • Opportunities for professional growth and licensing support Responsibilities: Client Service Relationship Support • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests (account updates, beneficiary changes, transfers, etc.) • Prepare and process new account paperwork and ensure accuracy/compliance • Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up • Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining client records • Handle client inquiries with professionalism and responsiveness Advisor Operational Support • Prepare materials for client meetings (reports, presentations, financial plans) • Maintain CRM system with accurate and up-to-date client information • Track and manage workflow for ongoing client tasks and deadlines • Assist with compliance-related documentation and recordkeeping • Support marketing efforts such as client communications, event coordination, and outreach Administrative Duties • Manage calendars, emails, and general office coordination • Organize digital files • Liaise with custodians, insurance companies, and other partners • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Qualifications: • 2+ years of administrative or client service experience (financial services preferred) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Preferred: • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Redtail, Salesforce, Wealthbox) • Familiarity with financial products (investments, insurance, retirement plans) • Securities licenses (Series 6, 7, or 65/66) or willingness to obtain • Experience with financial planning software Key Attributes • High level of professionalism and confidentiality • Strong problem-solving mindset • Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs • Team-oriented with a client-first attitude Compensation: $60,000 yearly
