This role centers on education, planning, and guiding clients through thoughtful financial conversations. Advisors work with clients to understand their goals, timelines, and priorities before developing personalized strategies. Responsibilities: • Seek, identify, and secure strong relationships with new clients by serving as their trusted financial advisor • Create customized financial plans for each client based on his or her life stage, professional circumstances, and fluctuating financial needs • Serve as a collaborative team player willing to further development through continued training opportunities • Determine cash flow, income, financial status, financial goals, monetary assets and all other financial situations related to wealth management to help clients define and achieve their financial objectives • Make strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations and financial advice to help clients reach their monetary goals • Meet with clients via Zoom or phone • Review financial goals and needs • Educate clients on planning and protection options • Follow a structured advisory process Qualifications: • Strong communication and people skills • Coachable and open to training • Self-motivated and reliable • Sales, finance, or client-facing experience a plus (not required) Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
