Responsibilities: • Work closely with clients to gather in-depth financial details and build individualized profiles that accurately reflect their income, goals, and overall financial situation. • Serve as a collaborative and dependable team contributor while continually developing your skills through ongoing training and professional learning opportunities. • Actively engage with prospective clients, fostering strong relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted financial guide. • Create tailored financial plans that adapt as clients move through different life stages, career changes, and financial priorities. • Provide well-considered recommendations—spanning financial products, planning solutions, and investment approaches—to support clients in achieving their goals. • Obtain Life and Health certification within 45 days of employment. Qualifications: • Long Island/Queens candidates only. • Previous Sales experience preferred. • NYS Life Accident and Health exam not needed but a plus • Must be able to commute to Hauppauge, Long Island, for training Compensation: $90,000 at planned earnings
