Responsibilities: • Client Support : Assist with day-to-day client service tasks, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining client accounts. • Financial Planning Preparation : Gather financial data from clients, prepare financial analysis, and help draft financial plans and reports. • Portfolio Review : Support portfolio analysis and help monitor clients’ portfolios to ensure they align with financial goals. • Meeting Preparation : Prepare materials for client meetings, such as account summaries and financial projections. • Documentation: Maintain client records, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations and firm policies. The location would be the North Florida area, Tampa, or Jacksonville • Compensation would be salary and commission. Qualifications: • 215 License Needed • Series • Mass Mutual Company • Series 7,6, and SIE preferred • Must be in the Miami, FL area • Sales Experience Needed • Prospecting for clients through networking and referrals • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients • Providing financial solutions for clients through fact gathering and needs analysis • Expanding personal knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and joint work with fellow associates • Upside Earning Potential Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
