    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and investment strategy, with the ability to build lasting relationships and offer customized solutions that align with our clients’ financial goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive financial advice to clients, including retirement planning, investment strategies, risk management, and wealth preservation.

    • Develop customized financial plans based on clients’ goals, current financial situations, and risk tolerance.

    • Maintain and grow a portfolio of individual and corporate clients through proactive outreach and networking.

    • Monitor clients’ financial situations and recommend adjustments as needed to ensure continued progress toward goals.

    • Stay current on financial markets, investment products, regulatory changes, and economic trends.

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, tax, and investment specialists, to deliver holistic financial solutions.

    • Uphold the highest standard of ethical conduct and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or CFP® a plus).

    • 3+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or related field.

    • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 amp; 65) licenses required.

    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations and sales goals.

    • Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
