Financial Representatives with Foster Klima become eligible to enjoy a fantastic compensation package that includes: • High earning potential via this commission-based role with one of the most lucrative contracts in the business • We cover the cost of your education and provide comprehensive training and personalized coaching as you work toward obtaining your required licenses, including Life and Health, as well as securities licenses such as the SIE, Series 6, Series 7, Series 65, or Series 66. Though a commission-centered position, there is allowable financial compensation during career launch (licensing and training), which begins at hire. Compensation- $60,000 - $120,000 (First Year Average),Great Potential, High Earning potential with 4 year enhanced commissions to help start your business, Draw, Training Allowance and Bonuses. The 2024 Financial Professionals top 100 average income with draw, incentives, commissions and renewals exceeds seven figures income. Responsibilities: • Work with clients to understand their goals, concerns, and current financial information. Analyze information to create a strategy with appropriate products and services. • Develop and maintain a base of clients who value your input and guidance. • Work with clients to keep their financial strategies current and aligned with their goals, building relationships with clients that will last for years. • Leverage technology and tools to efficiently gather, manage, and service client accounts. • Continuously seek referrals and new business opportunities to grow your book of business. • Collaborate with a supportive network and utilize firm-provided resources to enhance client outcomes. • Commit to ongoing professional development and learning. Qualifications: • A self‐motivated individual with a dynamic, confident personality, a strong work ethic, high integrity, and a passion for succeeding. • Desire to help others achieve their goals and dreams through cultivating long-term relationships. • Ambitious, business-minded, and looking for career growth and development. • Must obtain Life and Health license within 90 days of accepted offer of employment. • Must obtain Security licenses within 18 months of accepted offer of employment (SIE, Series 7, Series 65/Series 66). The Foster Klima agency is in MN, ND, and SD. We can only hire Agents / Advisors who reside in MN, ND, and SD. As an Agent / Advisor for Foster Klima, there are no Sales Territory. Our Agents / Advisors can do business with any client who resides in the USA. Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000
