Key Responsibilities
Support Senior Financial Advisors in managing and growing an established practice
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, client-focused service
Assist with business development and prospect identification
Collaborate on creating and updating financial plans aligned with client goals
Maintain accurate client records in the firm’s CRM system
Support client and prospect events as needed
Partner effectively with internal teams across the firm
Qualifications
Active Series 66 or Series 63/65 license (or ability to obtain)
3+ years of financial services experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working collaboratively with advisors and internal partners
Familiarity with CRM tools
