Responsibilities: • Determine cash flow, income, financial status, financial goals, monetary assets and all other financial situations related to wealth management to help clients define and achieve their financial objectives • Embrace the role of a structured yet coachable team player open to continued education and training from other team members • Support clients’ progress toward their financial goals through strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations • Create customized financial plans for each client based on his or her life stage, professional circumstances, and fluctuating financial needs • Seek, identify, and secure strong relationships with new clients by serving as their trusted financial advisor • Schedule appointments and meet with potential clients • Make product recommendations to help clients meet their financial goals • Provide ongoing service and support to existing policyholders • Provide financial planning services and advice to customers on personal investment product purchases • Provide education to clients on tax-efficient strategies • Constantly work on additional licenses and designations to increase offerings • Discipline to be in business for yourself, but not by yourself • Desire and motivation to start a career, and not just a job Qualifications: • Desire to become an industry expert • Leadership skills are required • Willing to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 6/7, and Series 63 within the first year (study materials and exam fees are provided by the company) • Constant, relentless desire to learn new skills and gain new licenses/designations • Self-starter who doesn't require external motivation • Candidates looking to have defined career paths with great income potential and opportunities are ideal Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000
