    We are looking for motivated, client-oriented individuals to join our team as Financial Advisors. This role offers the opportunity to build a financial advisory practice with the support of personalized coaching, mentorship, and hands-on experience in delivering impactful financial guidance. As a Financial Advisor, your responsibilities will include: • Protection Planning: Helping clients prepare for life’s uncertainties through the strategic use of life, disability, and long-term care insurance products. • Investment Solutions: Designing and implementing customized investment strategies that align with each client’s unique financial objectives and risk tolerance. • Holistic Financial Planning: Delivering comprehensive financial plans that address retirement, education savings, tax planning, estate strategies, and more. Responsibilities: Comprehensive Financial Planning • Deliver holistic financial plans that integrate protection, accumulation, retirement, and estate planning strategies. • Address clients’ full financial picture, including income protection, family security, wealth-building, tax strategies, and legacy planning. Insurance-Based Solutions • Evaluate client risk exposure and recommend appropriate insurance products, including life, disability, and long-term care. • Design insurance strategies that support both personal and business planning (e.g., buy-sell, key person, executive bonus plans). • Write, place, and manage life insurance policies in alignment with compliance and suitability standards. Investment Advisory Services • Offer investment solutions including brokerage accounts, advisory platforms, annuities, and retirement products. • Guide clients through asset allocation decisions, portfolio construction, and long-term investment strategies. • Leverage firm platforms such as Envestnet, NFS, or others to manage wealth in coordination with protection planning. Client Relationship Management • Act as a primary point of contact for a book of clients, delivering regular reviews and high-touch service. Collaboration and Case Development • Participate in firm-level joint work or teaming opportunities to deliver more comprehensive solutions. Compliance • Maintain all required licenses (Life/Health, Series 6/7, Series 63/65 or 66) and follow all firm, state, and regulatory guidelines. Continuous Professional Development Qualifications: • A required Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a similarly related field • Stellar communication and math skills complemented by a proven track record of building strong client relationships with existing and prospective customers • Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other related business or money management tools is desired • A basic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or financial consultant, as well as an interest in the financial industry and financial products, is necessary • Though not required, a valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 license is considered a plus • Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal skills Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 at plan
