A highly respected wealth management organization is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Advisor to join a growing advisory platform focused on serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
This role is ideal for an established advisor with a strong client-first mentality, deep wealth management expertise, and a demonstrated history of building and managing long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced team while maintaining a significant degree of autonomy in managing client relationships, wealth planning strategies, and business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to affluent individuals, families, business owners, and institutional relationships.
- Develop customized wealth management strategies aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, and long-term financial goals.
- Guide clients through portfolio oversight, retirement planning, estate planning considerations, risk management, and broader wealth preservation initiatives.
- Conduct regular client reviews and maintain ongoing relationship management activities.
- Collaborate with specialists across trust services, tax planning, lending, estate planning, and alternative solutions.
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and attract new client assets.
- Stay informed on market trends, economic developments, and wealth management best practices.
- Maintain the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility, compliance, and client service.
Qualifications
- Significant experience advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Proven success managing complex client relationships and wealth management strategies.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, wealth preservation, retirement planning, and asset allocation principles.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business through referrals, networking, and relationship management.
- Experience working within a private wealth management, family office, brokerage, registered investment advisor, or institutional advisory environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional credentials such as CFP, CFA, CIMA, CPWA, or equivalent are highly valued.
Preferred Background
- Existing book of business and/or demonstrated asset gathering experience.
- Experience supporting clients with sophisticated wealth planning needs, including trusts, estate strategies, tax-efficient planning, concentrated positions, and alternative assets.
- Strong network within the Greater Boston market.
- Ability to collaborate with planning, advisory, and client service teams while maintaining an entrepreneurial mindset.
