Benefits & RewardsHealth, Dental, Life, and Disability Insurance401(k) Plan (after one year) and Pension PlanContinuing Education ReimbursementSupport for Professional Designations (CLU®, ChFC®, CFP®, etc.) • Performance-based recognition and incentives Responsibilities: • Conduct educational seminars to provide financial advice tailored to clients' risk tolerance and goals. • Use CRM tools to track clients’ financial status, goals, cash flow, and expectations for personalized planning. • Develop customized financial plans using company products and services aligned with client needs. • Continuously generate prospects through social media and other marketing channels. • Build trusted relationships with new clients as their financial advisor. • Guide clients on life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and related financial products. Compensation: $84,000 - $115,000 yearly
