Responsibilities: • Conduct educational seminars to provide financial advice tailored to clients' risk tolerance and goals. • Use CRM tools to track clients’ financial status, goals, cash flow, and expectations for personalized planning. • Develop customized financial plans using company products and services aligned with client needs. • Continuously generate prospects through social media and other marketing channels. • Build trusted relationships with new clients as their financial advisor. • Guide clients on life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and related financial products. Qualifications: • Life, health, and accident, SIE, 6 or 7, 63, and 65 or 66 licenses required or the ability to obtain licenses within a designated time frame. • Relationship management skills are required. • Motivated self-starters are a must. • Have a strong business mind and a forward-thinking spirit. • Are goal-oriented and resilient. • Are passionate about helping others. • Value personal development and continuous learning • Seek to build a meaningful career with long-term potential. • Integrity and strong communication skills. • Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills. • Strong sales and leadership skills. • NORTH AND SOUTH CAROLINA RESIDENTS ONLY.This is not a remote position. Compensation: $84,000 - $115,000 yearly
