Responsibilities: • Gather each client’s financial information to determine financial status, cash flow, financial goals, and financial expectations • Synthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives • Seek, identify, and approach new prospects continuously and establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products • Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs Qualifications: • Background in sales, business development, leadership, or other performance-driven roles; professional experience preferred • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and earn trust • Self-motivated and competitive with a business mindset, capable of managing time, priorities, and client relationships independently • Demonstrated desire to grow professionally, take on increased responsibility, and pursue leadership and advancement opportunities Compensation: $124,000 at plan commission
