Responsibilities: • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given • Create customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs • Seek, identify, and approach new prospects continuously and establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor • Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives Qualifications: • Up-to-date knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is necessary • Exemplary communication skills, math skills, relationship skills, and customer service skills are vital • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field • Computer proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is vital • Previous success in financial services as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is needed • Background in sales, business development, leadership, or other performance-driven roles; professional experience preferred • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and earn trust • Self-motivated and competitive with a business mindset, capable of managing time, priorities, and client relationships independently • Demonstrated desire to grow professionally, take on increased responsibility, and pursue leadership and advancement opportunities Compensation: $124,000 at plan commission
