Responsibilities: • Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives • Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given • Create customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs • Compile each client’s financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations Qualifications: • Current professional license CPA, or CFP (Certified Financial Planner license from Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards) and FINRA Series 7 and 66, is required • Success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is desired • Experience with computer programs, such as MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is essential • Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred • Up-to-date knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is necessary • Background in sales, business development, leadership, or other performance-driven roles; professional experience preferred • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and earn trust • Self-motivated and competitive with a business mindset, capable of managing time, priorities, and client relationships independently • Demonstrated desire to grow professionally, take on increased responsibility, and pursue leadership and advancement opportunities Compensation: $124,000 at plan commission
