    Pointwealth Capital Management – Financial Advisor

    We are a boutique wealth management firm (~$500M AUM) based in Encino, CA, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to work with an existing base of mid- to high-net-worth clients.

    This is not a cold prospecting role. You will be given clients to service, with the expectation to deepen relationships, retain assets, and grow the book through additional assets and referrals.

    You will be supported by an internal team handling trading, operations, and investment management, allowing you to focus on client relationships, planning, and strategy.

    What You’ll Do

    Serve as the primary point of contact for an existing client base

    Lead client meetings and ongoing financial planning relationships

    Deliver portfolio reviews and communicate investment strategy

    Identify opportunities to increase wallet share within existing relationships

    Generate referrals through strong client service and trust

    Collaborate with internal team on planning, trading, and execution

    Maintain high client retention through proactive communication and service

    Ensure all recommendations align with client goals and firm standards

    Requirements

    3+ years experience in financial services / wealth management

    Experience working with client relationships (required)

    SIE, Series 7, Series 63/65 or 66 (required)

    Life, Accident & Health license (required)

    Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

    Compensation & Benefits

    Base salary starting at $110,000+ (commensurate with experience)
